Goldsboro Man Accused Of Threatening Car Repossession Man And Police With Shotgun

The alleged victim, Joseph Lituski, tells us it happened at a Main St. home around noon, as he was repossessing a car. Lituski recorded the interaction on his GoPro on his tow truck. Investigators say Thomas Lee Miller Jr. pointed a shotgun at Lituski, demanding he release his car.
