Armed Robbery

CAMBRIDGE, MD - The Cambridge Police Department is asking the community’s assistance in identifying two suspects in an armed robbery early Thursday.

According to police, officers arrived on Academy St. at about 5:45 a.m. this morning, October 12, on reports of an armed robbery. There, the victim reportedly told police they were walking to their work truck when two suspects grabbed the victim and displayed handguns. The suspects reportedly demanded the victim’s wallet before fleeing on foot on Academy St. towards Washington St. 

Both suspects were described as wearing jackets with a face mask and black pants. One suspect reportedly wore a black hooded sweatshirt while one wore a white hooded sweatshirt. 

Police say the investigation is ongoing and ask anyone with information to contact them at 410-228-3333.
