SALISBURY PLAZA SHOPPING CENTER SIGN

SALISBURY, MD.- A neglected shopping plaza in Salisbury could see some new life.

The Salisbury Plaza Shopping Center, on the corner of Route 50 and Cypress Street, has been sold to local developers. A Commercial Real Estate Advisor with NAI Coastal tells WBOC that the new owners plan to redevelop the center to spur new business and amenities.

The shopping center was built in 1935. It has about 124,000 square feet of retail space.
