Coastal Flood Advisory until MON 6:00 AM EDT

...COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM EDT
MONDAY...

* WHAT...Up to one foot of inundation above ground level expected
in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways. Up to 2
feet of inundation above ground level is possible in the most
vulnerable areas in southern Dorchester County.

* WHERE...Dorchester, Wicomico and Somerset Counties.

* WHEN...Until 6 AM EDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Shallow flooding is expected in the most vulnerable
locations near the waterfront and shoreline resulting in a low
threat of property damage. Expect up to one foot of water
above ground level in low lying, vulnerable areas. Some roads
and low lying property including parking lots, parks and lawns
near the waterfront will experience shallow flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be
closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of
unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone
property.

Juanita Virginia Swift, 82, of Salisbury, MD, passed peacefully at home with her loving husband, Benson Swift. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Benson Swift, Jr. and Victoria Swift; grandchildren, Harry and Dylan Wyatt-Swift; great-grandson, Harrison Swift; and brother, Jack Piquett of Baltimore.
