WORCESTER COUNTY, Md. -- Large-scale buildings in Maryland will have to start dialing back their emission of greenhouse gases over the next few years. It stems from a law state officials passed two years ago.
Governor Carney announced Thursday the Delaware's Climate Action Plan. The main goals outlined in the plan are to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and to better prepare for the impacts of climate change. The state plans to do this by prioritizing clean energy and improving energy efficiency.
