A federal judge has ordered Delaware native and country music star Jimmie Allen to pay nearly $1.8 million to a woman who accused him of sexual assault in a lawsuit first reported in 2023, according to court documents obtained by WBOC.
The new lawsuit, filed Friday in Tennessee federal court, alleges the Sussex County native sexually assaulted her.
