Funding from the state this upcoming legislative session may be limited, applying more pressure on individual counties. 

Maryland Gov. Wes Moore’s administration is proposing about $3.3 billion in wide-ranging budget cuts for the state’s six-year transportation spending plan. 

Candidates for statewide offices in Maryland addressed a conference sponsored by the Maryland Association of Counties on Saturday in Ocean City, where they pledged to work with local leaders.
