Ongoing speeding concerns in Dover’s Lincoln Park neighborhood have many neighbors fed up, turning to the city for help to slam the brakes on reckless driving.
For the past two months, the Dover City Council has been working on ways to improve tracking and resolution of constituent complaints. Soon, they’ll be introducing a new dashboard program called Citizen Problem Reporter, designed to enhance communication between the council and residents.
On Friday, city officials organized a crucial cleanup of the Stoney Creek Housing Development in Dover, which has increasingly transformed into an illegal dumping site, creating unsafe conditions for residents. This initiative aimed to enhance the area's livability and address the mounting concerns voiced by the community.
