SALISBURY, Md. - Two men have been arrested following an assault with a firearm at the Cookout on S. Salisbury Blvd. early Sunday morning.
Ten people were taken to hospitals and several remain unaccounted for following an explosion and fire at a Maryland apartment building Thursday morning, authorities said.
At first, police did not find anyone when a possible break-in was reported at 3 a.m. at a single-family home in Silver Spring, Maryland.
