The Delmarva Discovery Museum has launched a GoFundMe fundraiser, saying rising operating expenses are putting new strain on the small nonprofit and its ability to provide daily care for its animals (including two river otters) and keep hands-on educational programs available.
The pandemic left many of us feeling down and isolated. That includes Mac and Tuck, the river otters at the Delmarva Discovery Museum in Pocomoke. Now, that the museum is back open, Mac and Tuck are getting their spunk back. We check in on them and the museum to see how they plan to recover from a tough year.
