Maryland Governor Wes Moore has signed legislation effectively banning local governments and police from entering official agreements with federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement. 

Wicomico County Executive Julie Giordano has announced the county has officially joined a 287(g) immigration enforcement agreement with federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement. 

Wicomico County Officials have announced their plans to move ahead with their plans to work with U.S. Immigration  and Customs Enforcement (ICE) as part of ICE’s Warrant Service Officer program.
