WICOMICO COUNTY, Md. -- The West Side Community Center is getting a new roof. The "emergency project" aims to fix a decades-long problem of leaks and growing water damage.

A local Boy Scout has built a brand new ‘Book Locker’ at the Westside Community Center in Bivalve. The locker allows those in remote areas of the county to order a book from the library, which Wicomico County Public Library will drop off at the book locker for pick up.
