Randon Wilkerson, the man convicted of and sentenced to life for the brutal murder of Delmar Police Officer Keith Heacook, has filed an appeal with the Delaware Supreme Court. 

Randon Wilkerson, the man found guilty of killing Delmar Police Cpl. Keith Heacook in April of 2021, will learn his fate on Friday as he is sentenced by a judge. 

Delaware’s Attorney General said in a press release Monday that Randon Wilkerson, the man convicted today for the 2021 murder of Delmar police officer Keith Heacook, will spend the rest of his life in prison. 

The trial for Randon Wilkerson, the man accused of killing Delmar Corporal Keith Heacook in 2021, was underway Monday morning in Georgetown. After just under two hours, Judge Craig Karsnitz handed down his verdict: guilty of all charges. His sentencing is set for Dec. 8.
