Chicken & Burst Cherry Tomato Pasta:
 
6oz  grilled chicken breast 
 
In a medium frying pan on medium heat:
2oz extra-virgin olive oil
2 cloves minced garlic
minced onion 
black olives (optional)
2 C cherry tomatoes that have been washed and stems removed
 
once sautéed tomatoes begin to soften and garlic begins to brown, serve over cooked pasta
 
place your grilled chicken on top of (whole, strips or bite size)  
 
garnish with basil, salt & pepper
