Sea Bass in Lemon Thyme Sauce Recipe:
Going to start with a medium frying pan
2 ounces of butter get hot first
6 ounces of fresh Sea Bass fillet floured and seasoned with salt and pepper.
8 medium shrimp
1 C White Wine
3/4 C heavy cream
1 lemon
Fresh thyme
Cook sea bass for two minutes, on both sides.
Add the white wine, cream, a squeeze of lemon, a pinch of salt and pepper and fresh thyme that simmer for another two minutes and place over top of your favorite pasta or rice and serve.
