Crab Stack
 
One slice green tomato
2Tbsp flour
1 egg
2Tbsp cornmeal
Clarified butter
4oz jumbo lump crab meat
2 jumbo shrimp
Remoulade
 
Bread the green tomato in the flour, then egg and cornmeal. Fry until golden brown. Meanwhile grill the shrimp and heat the crab meat. Stack the fried green tomato, crab meat, and shrimp and finish with a drizzle of remoulade.
