Tuna Ceviche Recipe
6-8oz of fresh tuna
2 Tomatoes
1 small onion
1-2 Jalapeno
A bunch of cilantro
2 Limes
1 Avocado
Salt and pepper
Tortilla chips
Dice the tomato, Jalapeno, and onion and toss together in a bowl. Chop the cilantro and add to the tomato mixture with two freshly squeezed limes. Season with salt and pepper. This can hold in the fridge for a couple of days. Right before service dice the avocado and the tuna and combine with the tomato mixture. Serve cold with the tortilla chips and cerveza.
