Chicken Tikka Masala Recipe:
PREP:
• Boneless chicken breast- 8 oz
• Tomato 1 (chopped or pureed)
• Onion 1 diced
• Green bell pepper 1 diced
• Cashew paste- 2 tbsp
• Ginger-garlic paste-1 tsp
• Dried fenugreek leaves- 1 tsp
• Red chili powder- 1 tsp
• Cumin powder- 1 tsp
• Coriander powder- 1 tsp
• Greek yoghurt- 2 tbsp
• Fresh cream- 3 tbsp
• Himalayan pink salt- 1 tsp
• Honey- 1 tsp
• Cooking oil- 1 tbsp
• Butter- 2 tsp
• Cilantro chopped - ¼ cup
• Water- 1 cup

• Cilantro chopped - ¼ cup
• Water- 1 cup
1.Add cooking oil and butter to a hot skillet (set to medium heat)
2. Add ginger garlic, onion and sauté till golden brown (5 mins)
3. Add fenugreek, chili, coriander, cumin powder and sauté (2 mins)
4. Add salt, tomatoes, bell peppers and sauté (5 mins)
5. Add water, honey, salt, yoghurt, cashew paste and stir (5 mins)
6. Add chicken cubed (1" pieces raw or grilled) and stir (5 mins)
7.Add cream and yoghurt and simmer (5 mins)
8. Add cilantro, stir and turn off heat
9. Serve in a bowl and sprinkle fresh cream for garnishing
