French Toast Cups Recipe
 
12 servings:
 
12 slices of bread cut into 9 pieces per slice
4 Eggs
1 Cup Milk
Cinnamon/Sugar mixture  (Add some to the mix and save some for serving)
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
 
Mix all ingredients until the bread is totally soaked.
 
Spray the muffin tray with cooking spray. Spoon in the French Toast to the top of each cup.
 
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
 
Remove from oven and tray. Drizzle or dunk in maple syrup and sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
