Pan Seared Salmon & Spinach Recipe:
Place preferable seasoned side of salmon fillet face down in a hot, dry medium size frying pan for three minutes on each side.
Use a separate small pan to sautéed spinach with garlic, oil and a little lemon in the third pan for sauce, with 2 ounces of butter, and chopped basil.
Place of salmon over spinach for a nice healthy meal.
