Pumpkin cupcakes

Pumpkin cupcakes as seen on DelmarvaLife

Whisk Together:
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
Mix together with a mixer:
2 cups sugar
1 and ½ sticks softened butter
2 large eggs
1 can pumpkin (15oz)
 
Mix until creamy
Slowly mix in flour mixture 
Set oven to 325 degrees. Scoop batter into baking cups. Filling 2/3 full. 
Bake in oven for 22 minutes. Make sure a toothpick sticks in and comes out clean.
Frosting: 
Drizzle with cream cheese icing
Or for lighter taste sprinkle with powdered sugar
