Penne with Shrimp & Summer Sauce:
Three nice and juicy ripe tomatoes we are using heirloom tomatoes
chop tomatoes, salsa style keeping the juice put into a bowl
add two cloves of crushed garlic
add a few leaves of chopped basil
a pinch of salt and pepper
2 oz of extra virgin oil
a dash of red wine vinegar
a small chopped red onion
add cooked shrimp
cook your favorite pasta, drain, and add to your room temperature. Sauce
mix with a fork
