SALISBURY, Md.- Wicomico County Public Schools announced Wednesday that there will not be any delayed openings for the county's public schools for the remainder of this school year. If conditions would have previously caused a delay, instruction will shift to virtual.
Additionally, WCPS said there will not be any days when the school system is fully closed unless extreme weather conditions or other circumstances render it impossible to have virtual instruction and remote work.
WCPS announced the changes as more and more students are back in classrooms for in-person instruction, while many students continue to learn virtually.
