Police flashing lights

LAUREL, DE - The Laurel Police Department says they have arrested two people on gun and drug charges following a traffic stop Sunday.

On October 15th, police say they pulled a car over with fake registration on Discount Land Road near the Hollybrook Farms Apartment Complex just after 12:30 p.m. The front passenger in the car was allegedly found to have heroin and a large amount of money, according to police. 

Police say further search of the vehicle revealed a gun in a bag under a seat and more drug paraphernalia indicating drug sales. Both the driver and passenger were arrested.

The driver, identified as Armani Feeser, 24, of Laurel, has been charged with the following:

-Concealed Carry Deadly Weapon A Firearm (Class D Felony)

-Conspiracy 2nd Degree (Class G Felony)

-Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Class B Misdemeanor)

-Driving While License Suspended/Revoked (Misdemeanor)

-Multiple Traffic Violations

Feeser was arraigned and released on her own recognizance. 

The passenger, identified as Antione Hudson, 21, of Laurel was found to be on probation following a 2023 violent felony conviction stemming from a 2022 shooting at the Hollybrook Apartments. Hudson has been charged with a following:

-Possess Firearm During Commission of a Felony (Class B Felony)

-Possession of Firearm by Person Prohibited (Class C Felony)

-Possession of Firearm While Possession of CDS (Class C Felony)

-Possession of Ammunition by Person Prohibited (Class D Felony)

-Possess With Intent to Deliver Heroin (Class D Felony)

-Concealed Carry Deadly Weapon A Firearm (Class D Felony)

-Conspiracy 2nd Degree (Class G Felony)

-Possess Controlled Substance/CDS (Class B Misdemeanor)

-Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Class B Misdemeanor)

Hudson was taken to the Sussex Correctional Institution on $108,000 secured bail.
