OCEAN CITY, MD– A serious crash closed a section of Coastal Highway overnight.
The Ocean City Police and Fire Departments responded to the crash at northbound Coastal Highway and 42nd Street around 11:30 p.m. on June 21.
OCPD closed the northbound lanes of Coastal Highway from 41st Street to 44th Street for a portion of the response, diverting traffic onto side streets.
Police opened one northbound lane as crews continued to clear the scene, announcing the road fully reopened around 2 a.m. on June 22.
