OCEAN CITY, Md.- Tanger Outlets has sold its Ocean City location.
It was one of four outlet centers that were sold for $130.5 million to Singerman Real Estate and The Outlet Resource Group.
The Chicago-based company will keep the retail stores. It has renamed the shopping center Outlets Ocean City, according to a release.
There's already a new website up and running. Im the directory, it shows that two new stores, a Michael Kors and a Forever 21, will be opening soon.
The other outlets sold were located in Nags Head, North Carolina, Park City, Utah and Williamsburg, Iowa, the company said in a release.
The sale does not effect the Rehoboth Beach outlets. They will stay open under the Tanger company.
