DELMAR, Md. - One person is being treated for minor smoke inhalation after a house fire in Delmar today.
The Maryland State Fire Marshal says the fire was on East Pine Street and three people were displaced.
Delmar Volunteer Fire Department responded and it took 40 firefighters an hour to control the fire.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
Fire officials say the total estimated loss is $250,000.
