EASTON, Md. - The Easton Police Department said officers arrested a Federalsburg man after he allegedly exposed himself at two restaurants.
The first incident happened on March 21, at the McDonald's on Marlboro Avenue. According to police, employees said 22-year-old Jamie Ryan Perez was sitting in his parked car waiting for his online food order when he reportedly indecently exposed himself, and was believed to be masturbating. Police said it happened as employees were walking up to the car.
On April 5, a similar incident happened where police said Perez had indecently exposed himself while he was sitting in his car at the Rise Up on Dover Road.
Perez was charged with two separate counts of indecent exposure.
