GEORGETOWN, DE - The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) has announced temporary lane closures on US 113 slated for the first week in January. 

According to DelDOT, the closures will occur in the area of Arrow Safety Road in Georgetown due to pavement repairs. Drivers can expect the closures on Thursday, January 4th from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

DelDOT reminds drivers to slow down in work zones and to expect minor delays while the work is done.

This temporary Sussex County closure was originally scheduled for December 20th.
