Lobster La Roma Recipe:
1 - local lobster from off the coast of Maryland and Virginia
Slit the lobster in half down the middle and clean the whole cavity of the lobster out
Place on a cookie sheet type pan
Coat lobster with butter and lemon
Roast at 475 for 20 minutes
Serve any vegetable inside the lobster cavity for presentation
