Shrimp Bruschetta Over Pasta Recipe:
5 Jumbo Gulf shrimp
1 cup local tomatoes
Diced Several basil leaves
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 lb linguine
Balsamic reduction to finish
Sauté the shrimp, then add the tomato, basil, garlic and white wine. Reduce the wine and toss with pasta. Finish with balsamic reduction.
