Shrimp Parmigiana
Use large shrimp 16/20 will work fine using a half pound or so wash peel and devein dredge
in flour eggwash and then seasoned bread crumbs lightly fry them in vegetable oil pat dry
and place them on a oven plate with marinara sauce and top with mozzarella cheese.
Bake for ten minutes on 375,pair with pasta and enjoy.
