Below-freezing temperatures expected in the coming days have prompted a last-minute change to Delaware’s gubernatorial inauguration. The swearing-in ceremony for Governor-elect Matt Meyer, originally planned to be held outdoors at Legislative Hall, will now take place indoors at Delaware State University’s William B. DeLauder Education and Humanities Theatre.

BERLIN, Md. -- There are plenty of ways to deal with sub-freezing temperatures: a nice jacket, a hat, and a pair of gloves go a long way. Or, you can work at a glass-blowing studio and stand next to 2,000-degree furnaces all day. 

With Monday's winter storm in the rearview mirror, cold temperatures in Sussex County are keeping around the aftermath a little bit longer.
