A proposed 90-townhome development off Savannah Road, known as the Overfall Preserve, is sparking debate among residents and city officials as Lewes' City Council held a public hearing on the project March 31st.
Council members voted unanimously Monday to hold the hearing March 31 at 5:30 p.m. at the Margaret H. Rollins Center.
The Lewes Planning Commission paused plans for the Overfall Preserve development on Savannah Road at its Jan. 15 meeting, citing a lack of connectivity with Kings Highway.
