A pair of ospreys that have nested for years atop an old fire siren in Rehoboth Beach may soon be relocated as city officials and the local fire company search for a safer, more suitable home for the birds.

Sussex County fire crews collaborated on the water rescue of a kayaker Friday in the Rehoboth Bay following an extensive search.
FENWICK ISLAND, De. -- Shortly before 11:00 a.m. on Friday morning, a car drove straight through Southern Exposure on Coastal Highway. Multiple people were injured and one person had to be airlifted to Christiana Hospital, according to the Bethany Beach Fire Company.
