A few northwest wind gusts to around 20 knots are possible
through around 10 PM for the Chesapeake Bay south of North Beach
and over the lower Tidal Potomac River east of Dahlgren.

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should exercise extra caution if navigating the waters
during this time.
