SALISBURY, Md.- The Salisbury Zoo announced Thursday that it has teamed up with the Preston Automotive Group to bring a frog exhibit to the Eastern Shore of Maryland.

The new exhibit was specially designed for the yellow-banded poison dart frog. With the frog its mascot, Preston said it was ecstatic to support the Salisbury Zoo in educating the community about amphibians.

“We recognize how much the zoo means to the Salisbury community and the educational impact it brings to our youth," said David Wilson Jr., president and CEO of Preston Automotive Group. "Stay tuned to hear more details about “Amphibian Week at the Zoo presented by Preston Automotive Group.”

“It is the partnership between the zoo, the Delmarva Zoological Society, Inc., (“DZS”) and our supportive local businesses, like the Preston Automotive Group, that keep our zoo a wonderful treasure for our community”, commented by Ashley Bosche, DZS president.

“With Preston’s generous donation, DZS will continue to improve the Zoo for everyone to enjoy and learn the importance of our environment and conservation.” DZS is a local non-profit charged with raising funds for capital improvements to the zoo.
