Skies will be clear tonight with dry air remaining over the entire region. A weak and large high pressure system will bring sunshine through Thursday with light winds. Visibility will be excellent both days on all area waters. Winds and cloud will increase Friday with rain possibly arriving by dark across the southern parts of Delmarva. Winds may exceed 20 knots Friday night. 

Atlantic:

Thursday: N 5-9 knots. Seas: 2-3 ft.

Friday: Small Craft Caution: NE/E 10-25+ knots. Seas: 4-7 ft. 

Delaware Bay:

Thursday: N 5-8 knots. Seas: 1-2 ft.

Friday: NE/E 10-15 knots. Seas: 2-4 ft. 

 

Chesapeake Bay:

Thursday: N 5-7 knots. Seas: 1 ft.

Friday: NE/E 10-15+ knots. Seas: 2 ft.
