BALTIMORE (AP)- Baltimore police have arrested a man they've dubbed the city's latest "Public Enemy No. 1," who was wanted for his role in a slaying captured on surveillance video.

Police announced in a news release that the department's warrant task force and U.S. Marshals arrested 38-year-old Dontae Breeden in Parkville on Wednesday.

Police say Breeden was wanted in the Dec. 28 slaying of 18-year-old Rykeise Shaw, who was fatally shot in the head on Greenmount Avenue. Police released surveillance video that captured the shooting.

Last week, Commissioner Kevin Davis said that community members provided information that led to the identification of Breeden as a suspect and the department named him "Public Enemy No. 1." Police say they are still trying to identify the second person in the video.
