Fireworks Sales Underway in Delaware Despite Prohibition in Some Communities
- Updated
The Independence Day celebration is one of two occasions it is legal to buy and use fireworks in Delaware. The other is New Year's Day. That was what the state legislature approved in April 2018. Each community also has its own set of laws and within the Rehoboth Beach city limits, no fireworks of any type are allowed.
