DOVER, Del. (WBOC) - Stephanie Seabury, a former teacher at Fred Fifer III Middle School in the Caesar Rodney School District, has pleaded guilty to one count of fourth-degree rape.
According to the attorney general's office, Seabury entered that plea Wednesday. Judge Robert Young sentenced her to 18 months probation, and she will have to register as a Tier II sex offender. Seabury is also prohibited from having contact with the victim or other children.
Seabury was arrested in April and charged with having sex with one of her students.
