REHOBOTH BEACH, Del. - A new grocery store coming sometime this year to Rehoboth Beach says it will bring dozens of jobs to the area.
When the Fresh Market opens up on Coastal Highway, in a shopping center currently being built at the intersection of Country Club Road, it will employ roughly 90 people.
According to the retailer, available positions include: assistant deli managers, assistant front end managers, assistant grocery specialist, assistant produce managers, bakers, bulk specialist, candy/coffee specialist, cheese specialist, gift/floral specialist, grocery specialist, meat cutters, seafood specialist and store receiving specialist. There will be a career open house on April 26 for anyone interested in applying. It will take place at the Atlantic Sands Hotel and Conference Center on the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Attendees will have the opportunity to speak directly with the Fresh Market’s selection team to learn about the workplace culture.
