Important Message for Weather App Users  - Update Your Phone's Operating System!

On March 31, the WBOC, WRDE and Telemundo weather apps will no longer support older mobile operating systems.  It is important to upgrade your phone to the latest operating system, if possible. 

What Devices Are Affected?

• Apple devices running iOS version 11 or lower (note: 11 refers to the operation system, not the phone model - for example an iPhone 11 is likely on iOS 14)
• Android devices running version 6 or lower

What Happens on March 31, 2021?

Users who are unable to update to newer versions of Android or iOS will be unable to install newer versions of the app and may experience performance issues on the old app.

What Can I Do?

• Update your phone to iOS 12 or higher or Android version 7 or above and  update your WBOC, WRDE & Telemundo weather apps.
• If you are on an older device, and cannot upgrade, please bookmark https://www.wboc.com/weather, https://www.wrde.com/weather or https://www.telemundodelmarva.com/el-tiempo for the latest weather forecast data.
