SALISBURY, Md.- The Wicomico County Sheriff's Office says a traffic stop has led to the arrest of a Salisbury man for his fourth DUI offense.
The Sheriff's Office on Thursday said a deputy conducted a traffic stop on Eastern Shore Drive and came into contact with 40-year-old Mark James Jester, who was suspected of being under the influence of alcohol.
Jester was given a series of standardized field sobriety tests, which he failed. The deputy placed Jester under arrest for drunken driving.
Deputies also learned this was Jester's fourth DUI-related offense. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while impaired by alcohol and other related traffic offenses.
