OCEAN CITY, Md. (AP)- A 52-year-old woman is in the hospital after she was struck by a propeller when her jet ski collided with a power boat near Ocean City.
Maryland Natural Resources Police said the vessels collided Thursday afternoon in Assawoman Bay.
Officials said the woman fell off her watercraft and was struck in the leg and back by the 30-foot power boat's propeller.
She was airlifted to a Delaware hospital for treatment of serious lacerations.
Charges are pending in in connection with the collision, officials said.
