SNOW HILL, Md. - BYOB: Build Your Own Boat! As part of the Snow Hill River Fest, the Pocomoke River Raft Race is back for the 3rd year.
Officials are challenging people to build a boat, as long as it's homemade, and propelled by wind or human strength.
The festival is scheduled for July 18 at Sturgis Park, with the raft race starting at 3 p.m.
Anyone 10 and up is able to participate, but kids under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.
Officials say water guns are encouraged.
