RHODESDALE, MD- A dump truck fire in Dorchester County is believed to be an accident.

The Maryland State Fire Marshal says the dash of a dump truck caught fire on Rhodesdale Eldorado Road in Rhodesdale around 10:30 p.m. Sunday night.

The fire marshal says it took about 15 firefighters around ten minutes to get the fire under control.

No injuries were reported.

Investigators say damage is estimated to be about $40,000.

They say the preliminary cause of the fire is an electrical failure.
