OCEAN CITY, MD - The Ocean City Police Department has announced the arrest of two people following an extensive investigation into alleged drug distribution out of a home.
Police say they began their investigation into Patrick Sabatino of Ocean City after they reportedly learned of crack cocaine, cocaine, and crystal methamphetamine being sold from Sabatino’s residence on Colonial Road.
Police say Sabatino sold narcotics to an undercover detective on multiple occasions throughout the investigation in February.
On Thursday, April 3, Ocean City Police along with Worcester County Sheriff’s deputies searched Sabatino’s home and reportedly found seven people inside. Police say most of them had prior histories of drug use. Trace amounts of drugs and paraphernalia, along with cash and multiple cell phones were found during the search, according to authorities.
Police say two people were ultimately arrested in the drug bust:
Patrick Sabatino, 43, of Ocean City. Sabatino was charged with seven counts of controlled dangerous substance distribution and is being held without bond.

Rebecca Bivans, 39, of Ocean City. Bivans was arrested on an outstanding probation violation warrant and was also held without bond.

Police say the investigation is ongoing and there is the potential for additional charges in the case.
