EASTON, Md. - Investigators say a man previously convicted on child porn charges was arrested for the same crime.
The Talbot County Sheriff's Office arrested 33-year-old Thomas Nash, of Easton, on 16 counts of Accessing and Viewing Child Pornography.
Nash was previously convicted in Dorchester County in Aug. 2023 for possessing child pornography and was sentenced to five years of active incarceration.
In March 2026, Nash was paroled and registered as a sex offender. Part of Nash's parole agreement included electronic monitoring of his internet activity.
In May, investigators say Nash's activity showed he was accessing and viewing child pornography.
The sheriff's office arrested Nash on June 8 without incident. He was held without bail and scheduled to have a bond review on June 9.
