Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced it is accepting a complaint from several organizations against the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) for allegedly discriminating against Black, Haitian, and Latino neighbors living near Bioenergy Devco's Bioenergy Innovation Center in Seaford.
